How do I delete my account?

Email privacy@framee.app from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We will remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter the email address on your account. We'll send you a secure link to choose a new password. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@framee.app.

If you signed up with Google or Facebook, you don't have a Framee password — just sign in with that provider.

How do tokens and purchases work?

Tokens power AI image and video generation in Framee. They are purchased through the App Store or Google Play and billed to your store account. To view or restore purchases, use your device's store account settings.

If a purchase doesn't appear in your balance, contact support@framee.app with your store receipt and we'll sort it out.

How do I report content or another user?

Use the report option on any post, comment, or profile in the app and our moderation team will review it. You can also email support@framee.app with a link or screenshot of the content in question.

Why was my AI generation blocked or unsuccessful?

All prompts and generated content must follow our content guidelines in the Terms of Service. Requests that violate those guidelines are blocked. If a generation fails for a technical reason or you believe it was blocked in error, contact support@framee.app and we'll take a look.

How do I manage notifications?

You can choose which notifications you receive in the app under Settings → Notifications. To turn push notifications off entirely, use your device's notification settings for Framee.
