Framee has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This page sets out the standards we hold ourselves to, how anyone can report a concern, and how we respond.
Framee prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every form, without exception. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and it applies equally to photographed, filmed, drawn, animated, and AI-generated material. Content that sexualizes a minor is prohibited on Framee whether or not a real child was involved in creating it.
These standards apply to everything on the service: uploaded media, AI-generated creatives and the prompts used to produce them, profiles, display names, captions, comments, and messages.
Framee is operated by Tigerbyte Solutions. We maintain these standards to comply with applicable child safety laws, with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy, and with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines.
The following are banned on Framee and will result in enforcement action:
Framee requires all account holders to be 13 years of age or older, and older where local law sets a higher minimum age for consent to data processing. Users provide their date of birth during registration.
Accounts belonging to users under the minimum age are removed when identified. Accounts registered to minors are subject to additional restrictions: minors do not receive AI-generated profile avatars, and certain generation and discovery features are limited for them. If you believe a child under 13 holds an account on Framee, report it to support@framee.app and we will investigate and remove it.
Anyone can report content to us — you do not need a Framee account, and reports may be submitted from anywhere in the world.
Every post in the Framee feed can be reported directly:
The reported content is hidden from your feed immediately and the report is queued for review by our moderation team. You can also block any user from their profile to stop all contact and hide their content from you.
To report a child safety concern outside the app — or to report an account, profile, or message rather than a post — email support@framee.app with a link to or screenshot of the content and any context you can provide. Mark the subject line Child Safety so it is routed and prioritized ahead of other support mail.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
In the United States, suspected child sexual exploitation can also be reported directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertipline.org or 1-800-843-5678. Outside the US, reports can be made through the INHOPE network at inhope.org.
Reports involving child safety are treated as our highest priority and are reviewed ahead of all other report categories. When we identify or receive a report of CSAE content, we:
We respond to valid legal process from law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation offenses, and will preserve account data on request pending such process.
We work to prevent prohibited content from reaching the service in the first place:
Framee maintains a designated point of contact for child safety matters. Law enforcement, regulators, platform partners, and members of the public may use these addresses.
